This one has lightsaber dismemberment. But they can't show that in a mass-media trailer. It's gotta be able to run on television. Which means violence is toned down.

Don't get your hopes up. The person who created that frame rate upscaler stated that it will most likely not be in this game but POSSIBLY in other LucasArts projects. He also explained how it goes against Microsoft's API so it's illegal to use it on the Xbox 360 so we may not see it in any game for a while.

but I think it's just the way the trailer was made. everything was captured close up. I'm sure that when you're playing looking from a distance, it won't be noticeable.

NICE i love star wars. Kotor, the force unleashed, i even like shadows of the empire(epic boba fett battle). This looks great. Didnt kotor 3 turn into the force unleashed?

So I can expect a "bump" up in graphics. They do look good. Good enough that I actually want to purchase the first one for the 360 just so that I can follow up on the story (since my PC version crashed on me)

Good gameplay shame though about the sameish engine from the last one. The textures and characters look really dated in 2010. Anyway have been SW fan since 80s so will rent it.
