Kratos has finally made it to Olympus and the gods would be wise not to stand in his way, but what do you think? Buy it, Rent it, or F' it?
The Opening Levels that hooked gamers from the outset.
Cultured Vultures: Let’s delve into Kratos’ long and rampageous history and find out which games are worth the hype and which are better left buried under the weight of Kratos’s might.
Both requels over 2 and 3? Clowns. Those are two of the most boring games I've ever played.
My favorite was part 2 and I think Ragnarok is better that 2018.
There is no worst. Except for Ascension, only cause I didn't play it lol. They are all masterpieces. 1,2,3, 2018 and Ragnarok. 1 of, if not the greatest video game franchise...besides MetalGear.
Can't agree, older games do so much more than the last two. More weapons, magic abilities, enemies are more varied, level design is also more aesthetically pleasing, and agree with those who say that they shouldn't have removed jumping. Was a time I'd agree, but those old games are so so much better, that they really should've looked into bringing into the reboot/sequels.
God of War 3 Remaster has sold 4 million copies since its inception, making the franchise PlayStation's most profitable gamer merch brand.
Haha I still remember my brother playing the opening scene on ps3!!!
Yeh he had to put the controller down his heart was beating too fast trying to get past first 10 minutes. He said "it's too much". Best thing I've ever seen in gaming. Haha
I know this is unpopular opinion, but I prefer these over the new ones. I’m not saying the new ones are bad or anything, but they sort of get boring to me, whereas the older games were like non-stop roller coaster rides.
very good review, maybe a bit spoiler heavy, but it's been almost 2 weeks since release and if you have not played it and finished it, something is wrong with U
Wow the amount of spoilers in this video are unbelievable. Sorry if you hadn't finished the game and watched this video. What a bunch of *#%holes over at Screw attack... except for AVG-- that dude is the best.
9 hours? Didn't experience any difficulty until the final boss? Yeah, I'm going to go out on a limb here and just say this guy didn't play on Titan. It took me over 20 hours on Titan. It was 12 hours according to the in-game clock, but I timed my play sessions and it was actually closer to 21 hours. The reason for the discrepancy is that if you spend, say, an hour on one checkpoint just restarting over and over and over after dying many times, the in-game play clock only counts the amount of time that it took on your one successful attempt, and doesn't count the time taken for all your failed attempts.
Needless to say, I encountered many difficult battles throughout the game, and I suspect that anybody playing on Titan experienced their fair share of deaths and difficulties as well.
In my opinion, if you're going to talk about this game not being long enough and not being difficult enough, you need to have beaten it on Titan first. No way this guy beat this game on Titan in 9 hours without any difficulties, so I'm just going to have assume he was on Normal (or Easy?) and that his criticisms of length and difficulty are null and void.
