Assassin's Creed II Discovery has finally entered the App Store, and after giving you a sneak peek it's time for the whole review. Ubisoft has taken over production of the franchise from gameloft, and has created a new story that fits in with the console version. You play as Ezio Auditore da Firenze who begins in Italy, and then travel to Spain to rescue fellow assassins from the Inquisition.
Discovery is rendered in 3D, but has a 2D platformer playing experience. You glide along the streets and rooftops trying to go unnoticed as you complete varying missions. This is similar to the Nintendo DS version, but with iPhone specifics.
Supercell has released its new squad-building action game Squad Busters in Spain, Mexico, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Canada, and Singapore. This game features characters from different Supercell titles, such as Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, Hay Day, Clash Royale, and Boom Beach.
AFK Journey is one of the best games I’ve played this year, and comes close to being the perfect idle RPG.
Leniu Games has started taking pre-registrations of its Nordic fantasy open world MMO, Flame of Valhalla. This game features the War of Gods erupted in the mystical realm of Asgard, known as the land of gods as seen in various movies and TV series. The game is expected to release in first half of May 2024.
