Players on World of Warcraft's Public Test Realms have gone up against a brand new boss, XT-002 Deconstructor, part of the new Ulduar raid, set to arrive in the game as part of the massive upcoming Patch 3.1.
XT-002 Deconstructor, seen in the video below, is a large robot in the scrapyard area of Ulduar. He has a number of nasty debuffs which require players to be extremely alert, else they risk taking the rest of the group down with them. There are also additional minions that tackle players during the encounter, requiring players to change focus quickly and deal with them before they overwhelm the group.
Blizzard Entertainment has announced the opening of beta registrations for “World of Warcraft: The War Within,” inviting players to explore new subterranean worlds beneath Azeroth.
Danish from eXputer: "Despite Blizzard's attempt to give a fresh new spin to World of Warcraft, some fans still seem to be stuck in the past."
HG writes: "Blizzard is usually pretty bad at keeping secrets, but the company somehow managed to keep this one under wraps until now. Plunderstorm is a special limited-time event that’s basically World of Warcraft’s take on the Battle Royale genre."
Awesome, thanks for that. I needed to know how that was going to work.
That actually looks really hard. I don't care what everyone says, Ulduar will NOT be a cake walk.
Already? Ha! Doens't take WoW fans long!
Looks like an interesting encounter. Reminiscent of a few others but on a much grander scale.
This is very handy, these videos help us all know what the heck we're doing before going in to wipe over and over.
