When Super Neptunia RPG was announced, it had a very distinct sort of look. Initial screenshots and information from Artisan showed a game that seemed familiar. Both the battle system, presentation and world looked similar to Square Enix’s Valkyrie Profile. Now that its here, people might want to know if it could really scratch that same sort of itch. Is this really a Valkyrie Profile-like? Well, the truth is that it is more attempting to mimic that style, without delivering anything that could be considered even close to some sort of similar successor.
All playable March 19.
It's always the ine they leave out if the headline that interests me most 😅 DBZ Kakarot, been waiting for this to pop up on plus
Never played Midnight Suns and probably won’t anytime soon but maybe someday. Pretty good month not great not horrible. I used to love sports games when I was a kid but that was before the monetization they went through and now I avoid them.
Heard a lot of good things about Midnight Suns! Also looking forward to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot and will probably download 2K24 as well.
Not a great month for me. Will give Midnight Suns a go.
I've never played Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier. Might give it a go although it's supposed to just be okay.
Never played a Phoenix Wright game before, so might try Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy.
As ports go, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth’s is textbook. A few new quality of life improvements are the defining new feature, but by and large this is the same game that was released well over a decade ago. Fortunately, this is Valkyrie Profile; that means you’re getting a classic JRPG that still feels great to play all these years later.
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is a port of a classic Playstation era JRPG, giving a new audience the chance to experience an iconic story.
I got it downloaded but playing some other games atm but I’ll get to it sooner than later
