Metro Exodus Story Trailer Released

Deep Silver and 4A Games today revealed the Metro Exodus Story Trailer, featuring a host of new characters and the first look at some of the locations.

I can't believe it will be 9 years in March. 4A is such a fabulous Ukrainian developer. I was worried it was dream over for the studio in the midst of all the chaos in Kiev in early 2014. Interesting how many people have never played these games. I'll admit 2033 was a little clunky when it first released in 2010 but the Redux for 2033 and 2034 (Last Light) are fantastic.

It did get pretty hairy over there and I'm so glad they got a better studio! 2033 was s little rough around the edges but its atmosphere and gameplay made up for it to me. But as up you stated the Redux package is fantastic! I can't wait for Exodus!

I've always loved the tone and atmosphere of the Metro games. The developers really do a good job conveying the despair. The graphics of the first two have aged well, I think.

Though the AI isn't perfect, and it's silly how close you can get to enemies undetected, I actually loved sections where stealth was encouraged. The stealth achievements/trophies were fairly challenging to obtain.

Really looking forward to this one. It's been a long time coming.

Will have to start the 2nd game just thought the ending was so crap in the first game i had not started it.

I liked the story and the setting of the previous games, but really did not like the combat nor the stealth mechanics at all.
