Personally, I think Pratchett should worry about getting Lara right and interesting before she worried about making a story about moms to interject into the gaming medium. Her idea of strong women is pretty laughable, because she gives them as many character flaws as possible to make you empathize with them, then just makes them kick ass because they have to be. No depth whatsoever.

She's extremely overrated IMO, and if it weren't for her dad's career, I doubt she ever would have gotten any attention to ever get a job writing the story for a high profile AAA IP.

Lol at this bs. There aren't even a lot of games where you play as a dad so this is moot. No one really wants to play as a parent in a game, well at least I don't. God of war did good, but atreus could still be annoying sometimes.
