days gone i was sure about but for soem reason i think sony may give bend more time. i think the feedback was okay and not great so they may go back to drawing board a little bit and may delay it till 2019. i do think being in development for over 5 years now bend is ready to release

i think sony will release all these games by july/august 2018 and won't release any besides spiderman in fall. sony has this figured out now deliver exclusives early in the year and depend on big AAA 3rd party games in holiday seasons to move consoles. spiderman is such a hue IP that oit could release anytime and will sell

Pizza Steve, don’t worry man. Get what’s most appealing to you and wait for sales a few months later. I was broke before too, trading and eBay selling became my friends.

Buy the game you want the most and then wait for the others price to drop, that is what I do sometimes and I can afford the games but I dont buy everything Day1 because I dont have the time for them all. I try to support the studios I like most day1 but there are just to many on PS4

It doesn't even have to be about being broke either. When you grow up and have a whole family to take care of, gaming isn't a priority compared to everything else. There's no justification spending $60 bucks on these games for me.

It's kind of a problem to the some of the games. If you have too many games to release in a year and IF you don't spread them properly then the most popular one MIGHT overshadow the other one causing the less popular game to lose sales. For example, imagine if Sony released Dreams alongside The Last of Us 2. What do you think will happen to Dreams, sales wise and also in terms of public awareness to its release?

Yes!.. you know it's amazing when there are too many exclusives for Playstation in one year. But this little video wasn't really about that.. it was about the lack of communication as to when the games are releasing in 2018. I would change the title of the story to "Sony's Lack of Communication Regarding Exclusive Release Dates for 2018"

Shadow of the Colossus: February
God of War: March ( Early 2018 i'm betting is Q1.. which is March)
Detroit Become Human: April-May
Spiderman: June-August
Dreams: June-August

I think the reason why they are being careful with release dates is because they are communicating..... They are watching what other game releases are doing. I'm sure they're taking into consideration August through December this year. Seeing what third party developers plan on releasing big hits during 2018s Holiday. Making sure not to announce something for the holiday that overlaps the next COD or something. If you think about it, we got release dates for January and February and the titles they possess. I would bet between now and February we start seeing more dates announced. Games coming out between March though August at least. My best guess;

MLB The Show - March 13
God of War - March 20
Yakuza 6 - March 20
Detroit - April 10th maybe
Spiderman - May 8th
Dreams - August 28th
Days Gone - September 25

Then perhaps Kingdom Hearts 3 in October

Red Dead Redemption 2 - November
