Capcom's Wishy-Washy Stance on the Nintendo Switch Continues to Baffle the World

USGamer: "Capcom reminds me of a big ol' blind dog. I love it, and I respect the long life it's lead, but it has a habit of inexplicably walking towards open manholes and staircases. No matter how many times you grab its head and say "No, no," no matter how many times you try to correct its path, it's determined to take that fall."

They've announced Monster Hunter haven't they? So they are supporting the Switch.

LOL_WUT2540d ago

Well the switch needs to prove itself first. ;)

i think switch users are happy that something is happening on their gadgett. i'm sure most of them focus on other things. i mean, they alredy got very low expectations in the first place - why else would they have decided to get one. capcom seems to be the right company for this platform.

XbladeTeddy2541d ago (Edited 2541d ago )

You're talking like Switch users aren't gamers. You talk about them as "Switch users" and people with low expectations. They're just gamers.

scarface01212541d ago

Switch = Best quality and highest rated games. For gamers how is that a low expectation? Lol

RosweeSon2541d ago

You want 4K in your pocket meanwhile majority don't even have it in their homes. I have have great expectations for Switch but then I'm not resolution orientated nor Netflix and other apps I'm a gamer who likes great quality too notch games.

RosweeSon2541d ago

You ask for 3rd parties and this is what you get haha, at least once it drops in price along with bomberman they'll be worth the purchase but typical lazy 3rd party ports and just yeah they'll be desperate for a game let's give em this old relic for maximum prices.
They'll learn do a bit more work and bit more effort and the sales will follow.

Interesting that Konami is releasing nothing of note and still enjoying high profits. I guess this is the allure to companies.

VenomUK22h ago

It was probably due to the half-hearted release of the Metal Gear Solid Collection v1.

Imagine the extra sales Konami could’ve made if it had put some effort into it.

In other words, FromSoft is kicking ass; other Kadokawa game companies, not so much.

savedsynner21h ago

Name another company that has ever released only games worthy of a 90+ score for over a decade? starting with Demon's Souls, nothing but 90+s...even DS2 was a great game.

Princess Peach Showtime is currently in the mid 70s
