Ubisoft Talks Taking Graphics To 'New Levels' With PS4 Pro & Scorpio

Developers are able to new things with PS4 Pro and Project Scorpio. Ubisoft spoke about what it hopes for when it comes to next level graphics.

Ubi can't be trusted on any platform . Their promises have got to be some of the weakest in the industry as well as releasing unfinished broken games .

in no way did i say that it was the x 1 fault. ubisoft has been very sloppy over the last few years. milking far cry, and assassin creed. and each iteration was worse than the last. the ac2 thing is shameful to say the least. i looks like it could be for the ps2/gamecube lol with the fake funny looking faces

Anyway I guess you've never played any PC games before and don't know how many different varieties of games there is on the platform. There's much more than on consoles but you don't want to know that as that would ruin your perfect little console world.

Have a great time playing the same games over and over again with remaster after remaster on consoles. I'll just stick to amazing PC games you've never even heard of :)

We will release trailers and previews that will blow everyone away for two years. Going to be interesting to see how Ghost Recon Wildland's will be on the PS4Pro. Their latest game Watchdogs2 looks stunning at 1800p.

Too bad it runs worse than on standard PS4 right.30fps lock on standard PS4 and drops to 25fps on the PS4 pro,well i will keep the smoother play at 1080p@30fps than the 1800p of the PS4 pro with dips to 25fps .

It's true it had some dips the PS4 did not have. Personally I would pick the much better looking game regardless of fps.

But good thing the newest patch fixed it. Now it looks better and runs just as fine :)

For starters the ps4 pro can't achieve the native 4K it never will even with the comb rendering (dropping 32bit textures and splitting them to 16bit x 2) you'll just have games that look like current ps4 titles so actual effects, lighting and textures will look crap in a sub par 4K rendered game..think assassins creed 2 for example 1080p 60fps upgrade that actually looks crap!

So don't expect much, Sony are still trying to play the most powerful console crap I don't believe it for a second when the same company charge almost 3 timea the amount of their ps4 for a UHD player! So keep being coat taled into believing their BS

You don't say that when your latest game's characters look like mannequins with fancy clothes. Seriously, Watch Dogs 2's characters look plastic -_-
Also PC hardware was always there if you wanted to make the visually most demanding game, but you would rather make generic games for consoles and make sales, than make art.

For the past 10 years since Xbox 360, Ubisoft Rarely takes advantage of PC Graphics And CPU Hardware. Their recent PC games are only based on Nvidia TXAA, HBAO+ and higher res. So they will only do it when consoles have higher Hardwares..Pff..Ubisoft..Tsk.. .
