I think Cyberpunk is close in gameplay. Sure it's a futuristic setting but I find alot of similarities with the two games.
These open world games might scratch your Grand Theft Auto itch until GTA 6 comes out.

The tone of the first game was better, they should of expanded on the more serious themes then going all hipster on us

"Best Game of 2016 for Millennials" - in other words a game for self entitled piss ants who get angry at other people that don't agree with their beliefs/viewpoints and will state that everything you say is wrong without any facts of proof. It seems like a game for the SJW crowd, which is exactly why I won't purchase it.
This is a great game. Just an improved version of the first with some comedy thrown in too. And love Wrench, great character for me. Congrats Ubisoft.
