Take a peek at the first images of Starlight Tactics running on the PS Vita.
VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "Two years ago, the Vita was in an undeniably better state. It had never sold particularly well worldwide, but it wasn’t on the verge of discontinuation, with western cart production stopping and stiff competition from the new kid on the block. At the very least, its prospects were more promising and there was still plenty on the horizon to look forward to."
Escape Hatch Entertainment has revealed that their upcoming game Starlight Tactics will indeed be coming to the PlayStation Vita.
The sequel to Vita's Starlight Inception is coming to Vita assuming the platform gets Unity 4.6/5.0 support.
Oh dear. Starlight Inception was HORRIBLE - I hope that Escape Hatch have at least learned a few basic lessons.
Starlight Inception was terrible, yet for some reason after a few patches they decided to RAISE the price...
I hold out literally zero hope for this being good, or even playable.
The developers are hopeless hacks who couldn't even copy Wing Commander properly with Starlight Inception despite getting plenty of Kickstarter funding. Approach this with extreme caution.
Looks pretty cool though.
Day 1 for me. Vita needs tactical games.
Hopefully it's like R-type tactics on PSP. I loved that game.
When did continued game support, good or otherwise, become a bad thing for the vita?
