Recently the original developers of Fallout, yes the original and hard as nails Fallout that started it all, took to Reddit to engage in a Q&A (or an AMA if you want to call it that) with fans of the series.
Wasteland Disney World would be something else.
You don't know the meaning of surviving the wasteland until you've fended off a Supermutant Mickey.
Why not both? Would love a start in New Orleans and then head east to Wasteland Disney.
It would but they probably couldn't do anything with the Disney license.
No, but Bethesda could deliver their own take on Disney World, and THAT is where I'd love to see how creative they could get.
They could call it Dickey Rats Amusement World. Better than New Vegas.
Are the chances of it being revealed at VGX this Friday fairly slim then?
New Orleans would be brilliant. That dark, swampy, voodoo vibe would make for a very strange and cooky fallout experience.
Already got my fill of that from Point Lookout.
I live in new orleans. And you do realize that it is nor a swamp here. The bayou is in other regions of louisiana, not new orleans
We had swamp hill billies in Fallout 3 DLC they were creepy Cletus from The Simpsons.
Yes, please! I'd much rather have that than the rumored Boston. It'll feel too much like Fallout 3. I was hoping for more suburban midwest America, but the southeast works just fine!
Chicago would be perfect or Detroit...oh wait, modern day Detroit is already a wasteland.
There are so many building in Downtown Detroit that look like fallout. Hell this could be the Tenpenny Tower equivalent. http://i.huffpost.com/gen/1...
They should head back to CA. The consoles fans haven't experienced the area and the long time fans wouldn't mind revisiting the iconic locations which birthed the franchise.
I'd love the rockies. The Canadian/USA border would be incredible.
FLORIDA, PLEASE!! I've been wanting one in Florida forever and I've posted a bazillion times the reasons why. There'd be so much stuff that could be done, like the Everglades, the theme parks, Washington Avenue, Cape Canaveral, CUBA... Seriously, it has so much more potential than New Orleans.
Florida would be cool. I really want San Francisco. Boston is going to be boring imo. If they really care about being somewhat historically accurate. The theme parks weren't built until after the fallout
Disney World was built in 1971. The Great War started and ended on Saturday, October 23, 2077. ;D
But 'divergence' in the Fallout universe happens soon after the end of WW II in 1945, so Disney World probably never happened.
