So? I prefer a big patch to playing a broken game.
Finished it last night, it's as fantastic as the original, for €20 is a fantastic deal.

But the game wasn't broken. I played it from start to finish without encountering any problems what so ever. Wonder what the 3GB is......

If you check the Oddworld website, there was allot of bugs they fixed (they explain them in detail). I also had the luck to not encounter any problem on my walk-trough.
From what I understand they remastered all the sound for the game on the latest patch, so maybe that's why the size of the patch.

That's a steal for Munch's Odyssey and Stranger's Wrath alone. Not a fan of the other games in the series, but I know some people really enjoy them.

Review - Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty! (Switch) | WayTooManyGames

WTMG's Heidi Hawes: "All Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty! managed to do was frustrate me. However, it did make me appreciate the controls in Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee more. Honestly, if you’re new to the franchise, it might even be better to just skip ahead to Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath. At least those gameplay mechanics feel like something more from this era. That being said, if you’re a die hard fan of Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee or perhaps just a glutton for punishment, then perhaps try your luck with Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty!."

Well, no it is not. It's a mediocre remake of a classic. The original PS1 game is a 10/10 masterpiece. As a raging nerd on this series, the game is okay at best. I'd give it a 7.5/10 personally.
