Good news strange that they decided to change it but it's all good, well played Kojima san.

Nyxus1493d ago

Yeah at least you can get all content now regardless of what platform you bought the game for.

Yi-Long1493d ago

Good news indeed. I hate console/retailer exclusive content.

AntoineDcoolette1493d ago

Yeah, its a good move by Kojima/Konami on part of the fans.

I'm looking forward to playing Raiden's mission

jessupj1493d ago

Good news.

Also a very big step for MS, actually letting gamers have something for free.

The_Sneauxman1493d ago

It's Kojima/Konami, not Microsoft

NovusTerminus1493d ago

Cool. Really wanted Raiden.

Allsystemgamer1493d ago

Same. While déjà VU was a nice throwback I was hoping it would be an actual mission in the traditional sense.

Omar911493d ago

I knew this would happen. Sweeet time to get back on MGS:GZ

lesrima881493d ago

still not worth $30 for a demo

shivvy241493d ago

even demos now come with DLC

Ratty1493d ago

And it's free. What's the problem with that?

Nate-Dog1493d ago

Hah, good news for players in a way but pathetic from Konami and Kojima. "Here's exclusive content on X system so make sure you get your pre-order in quickly to receive it!" and then turn their backs on it.

christian hour1493d ago

It didnt require a pre-order to receive in the first place.

And to others complaining about the price still, the value you get for 30 dorras is entirely subjective.

Personally for me, I've put more hours in to ground zeroes than most €60 games i've bought this gen, and a lot more replayability and differing experiences than a lot of full retail priced games in the last 10 years.

Roll on The Phantom Pain, I've been playing these games for 16 years now and it has always been a mark of Quality.

Nate-Dog1492d ago

I never said it was a pre-order exclusive. It was used as an advertising draw though to increase sales and extra pre-orders in general.

Ratty1493d ago

It wasn't a preorder exclusive. Anyway, they did that to respond to the claims that the game is too short. This adds a new mission to both platforms which is nice I guess.
