A Hat in Time is probably the biggest contender. Lots of fans are hoping that Gears For Breakfast can do a Wii U version. :)
A Hat in Time looks really solid.
The art style alone is enough to warrant at least giving it a try. It seems to be a bit of a Mario 64 + Wind Waker mix.
