Anyone that has a Vita and doesn't own Duodecim needs to jump on that sale. It's so much better playing that game on Vita! Just make sure to map camera control to the right stick.

animegamingnerd3743d ago

i will probably pick it up since i loved the first dissida but never played duodecim

TronEOL3743d ago

I was about to say the exact same thing. Easily one of the best games available for even the Vita (even tho it's a PSP game).

Sure, it's graphics aren't comparable to games like Killzone Mercs, and isn't using all the Vita's features, but good god is it ever a Final Fantasy fans dream game.

Anyhow, at that price it's a must buy even for folks who are just interested in how the game looks, rather than specifically because it's a Final Fantasy mashup.

Must buy, in my opinion.

Couldn't wait to get FFVI, the only old school I haven't beat yet, but alas it's not on sale

Snookies123743d ago

That's a shame, FFVI is such an amazing game.

Luke_fon_Fabre3743d ago

PS1 version is the worst version of it though.

Snookies123743d ago

Definitely agree, the loading times are bad... Takes like 5 seconds from the time you hit the triangle button before your menu comes up. :\

Jubez1873743d ago

we'd probably rather just play Tales anyways.

Luke_fon_Fabre3741d ago

@Jubez187 Yeah, I love Tales. But actually, I prefer Final Fantasy.

A Final Fantasy sale without Final Fantasy 7. How long must I wait for it to be on sale :/, Europe got a better Final Fantasy sale.

raiden-493743d ago

you guys got a sale on persona so thats a plus.

Qrphe3743d ago

Ive been waiting for IV to drop in price for a while. Im grabbing IV, IX and Dissidia (never played these last two).

Sephiroushin3743d ago

It's actually on sale, on the blog:
"Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection $8.99 $9.99 $19.99"

FlameHawk3743d ago

Oh you are right, thanks.

Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster Review – An Epic Tale Of Pixelated Portrayals

Gary Green said: We’re finding ourselves in a similar position with the Pixel Remaster edition of Final Fantasy IV as we were with Final Fantasy III since, once again, we’ve received a slightly upscaled, more vibrant port of the original game when there’s already an expanded 3D remake available. As such, we’re playing a game which, even after its long-awaited release, still lives very much in the shadow of its remake.

If only they didn't screw ps4 owners over with a physical release. I'd have ran through this in a heartbeat.

The first one I played, it was the one that made me fall in love with JRPGs and is still my favorite to this day. A masterpiece
