i Enjoy Anime Alot and i am loving all these JRPG's :D

Is anyone excited for Drakengard 3?

Inception3782d ago

I'm excited for Drakengard 3, along with Persona 5, Tales of Symphonia Chroniles, Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Zestiria, FF X HD, Bravely Default, and...yeah, i'm excited for all JRPG on next year ^^

Just got super hyped for this. Love Falcom

DigitalRaptor3782d ago

That's it.... PS3 is officially the new king of JRPGs.

Abriael3782d ago (Edited 3782d ago )

I actually wonder if the "giant" game may be for PS4. Falcom's president said he'd like to work on the platform a couple months ago.

Chaos_Raiden3782d ago

Man, I really hope Marvelous or NIS America will translate Sen no Kiseki in English. Been dying to play a Falcom game.

Abriael3782d ago

It's basically the first on a console that has a good installed base in the west, so we might get lucky.

Sly-Lupin3782d ago

Why do you say "Marvelous?" The company that does NA localization of Falcom games is Xseed Games. They're only a subsidiary of Marvelous AQL.

VsAssassin3782d ago

Wow! 2014 marks the PS3's 8th year and yet it still has a lot of games left for it:

1. Persona 5
2. Tales of Zestiria
3. Drakengard 3
4. (And now these!)

My decision not to sell my console has just been more appropriate. Good job, Sony!

Abriael3782d ago

Don't forget Project Phoenix for PS4/Vita/PC too :D

Inception3782d ago

Don't forget:

5. Ar Nosurge
6. Atelier Escha
7. Tales of Xillia 2
8. Tales of Symphonia Chronicles
9. FF X/X-2 HD
10. KH 2.5 HD

All of those are exclusive PS3. Damn, Sony did a great job to convinced 3rd party from japan to release those titles only for PS3. Even though PS4 already out and much easier to develope compare to PS3.

And i agreed with DigitalRaptor said up there: PS3 is the new king of JRPG.

KingofGambling3782d ago

Also want to point out that there's two free to play games coming in 2014, it was recently delayed, but still coming to the PS3 as free to play. Ace Combat Infinity and SoulCalibar: Lost Swords.

DVAcme3782d ago

If the second game is Ys 8, I will cuddle with my PS3 and whisper sweet nothings in its ear.

Inception3782d ago

YS fans had speculated from the artworks where a guy like Adol facing a big dragon, that looks like the second game is a new YS. But we don't know if it's YS 8 or a remake like Celceta.

But whatever it is just count me in! ^^

DVAcme3782d ago

What game is there left to remake? Ys 5 is the only one, and that one's kind of a black sheep that no one really cares about. Ys 4(which is the one Celcetta remade) was one with an awesome story but terrible execution, which Falcom remedied with the remake. If it is a new Ys, it has to be a new game, I think.

rainslacker3782d ago (Edited 3782d ago )

There's still the PC-Engine version of Ys IV. It was different from the SNES version.

Believe Celcetta was actually a remake of Ys IV, but is different from both those versions..

The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki demo launched

A “free version” of The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki is now available on the Japanese PlayStation Store, Falcom announced.

DanielGearSolid3656d ago

I will proceed to download that!

Reviews2Go3656d ago

Here's hoping that it will eventually come West.

I wish Sony made it easier to have multiple PSN Accounts.
