Gamefront: "New details of Dragon Age: Inquisition‘s conversation and dialogue system have surfaced at a BioWare panel at PAX Australia this weekend. Like the previous games in the Dragon Age series, Inquisition is said to be heavy on dialogue and provides players with the option to make decisions based on what they choose to say in conversations with non-player characters, thereby influencing the story and informing the game’s narrative."
Dragon Age: Inquisition, developed by BioWare, is the third installment in the cherished Dragon Age series. It represents a major evolution from its predecessor, Dragon Age II, incorporating elements that were well-loved in the original Dragon Age: Origins but also introducing new features that stand on their own. While Inquisition improves upon Dragon Age II in many respects, it falls short of the exceptional standards set by Origins.
Amazon announced a partnership with Electronic Arts to deliver even more free games and in-game content to Prime Gaming subscribers.
Amazon announced the Prime Gaming gifts for the month of November: Control Ultimate Edition, Dragon Age Inquisition, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and more.
The quality of these free games has been awesome. Before anyone says they are not free I was already giving Amazon $6 a month for prime shipping and video this isn't why I pay for my subscription
How does Prime Gaming work? Do you keep the games, or is it only as long as you have Prime?
lol Nice distraction from how they're now charging people to increase viewership. It's "just an option." /wink lol
I'm just glad it seems they are listening to people's ideas/complaints. I hope it turns out great.
Well... if they're talking about dialog at all, maybe that means they have a better handle on what gamers expect from RPGs now than when they made ME3.
I hope the dialogue system returns to how Origins had it.
"Last, but not least, is the reveal that save files from the previous games will carry across to Inquisition. While it’s easy to see how this could be done with the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or PC, it remains to be seen how they’ll handle it with the next-gen platforms like the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 that the game is also releasing on."
This is the only news I want to hear info on. Seeing to how I'll definitely have a PS4 by the time DA 3 comes out, I'll most likely be done with my PS3 and have it traded in. Hopefully they figure out a way to convert your PS3 saves to PS4 saves, make an app for it on PS Store or something. I would hate for the hours upon hours I put into making a good and bad playthrough for DA 1 to DA 2 to not be able to carry over to PS4.
