Why Assassin's Creed needs to visit Victorian London

PSU.com writes:

"Ubisoft has yet to announce where its next Assassin's Creed title will be set, but we firmly believe that Victorian London is just the ticket the franchise needs."

The story is too old to be commented.

How about giving the series a break first?

Thefreeman0121246d ago

You know that's not going to happen so I don't know why you even bring it up. But yes it does need to be refreshed a quite a bit to become more stealthy and such.

Cam9771246d ago

I was shocked to find AC3, a stealth game, didn't have a crouch/sneak button!

TotalHitman1246d ago

I absolutely agree! It's the perfect setting.

FarCryLover1821246d ago

Well given that there's a new AC every year, I'd say they will eventually use every possible setting and time.

ardivt1246d ago

personally I cant get enough of the assassins creed series.
I respect your opinion but I think the games are still at least good, so why stop producing them on a yearly basis?

FarCryLover1821246d ago

I never said that they are bad. I'm just saying it's out every year, they're bound to use all settings.

Assassin's Creed is old news to me. They need to bring something very fresh and interesting to the next generation table.

retro__1246d ago

TotalHitman1246d ago

Okay, it's not like New York has been overdone or anything. Oh wait...

Root1246d ago

I love the disagrees your getting....probably most likely from Americans

Not every game needs to be set it bloody America

KillrateOmega1246d ago

@Root

Agreed. A little more diversity would be nice.

Blastoise1246d ago (Edited 1246d ago )

8 disagree's lol

New York has been done to death, it's boring now

@retro__

How many games are actually set in London? I can't even think of one

FriedGoat1246d ago

The disagrees are because of the brainwashing into being so patriotic.
