John Bedford (Modojo): ZeptoLab, creator of the best-selling mobile game Cut The Rope, has today released a trailer for its upcoming project titled Pudding Monsters. In this new game, you'll have to combine a selection of sweet-toothed monsters together to create bigger and stronger monsters, some of which will have special abilities.
ZeptoLab certainly knows how to make and market a casual yet thought provoking game that goes crazy viral. Their first game, Cut the Rope, has gotten millions of downloads and received many different level packs (Cut the Rope: Experiments and Time Travel). Now they are branching out with a different game that already is doing very well called Pudding Monsters, which follows a group of sentient pudding blobs as they slide around sticking to one another to create a huge pudding monster in search of revenge for the oppression by their heartless fridge owner.
