New Borderlands 2 Patch Released For Xbox 360 Today, Fixes Data Issues
Usually when Gearbox releases a new patch for their shoot and loot FPS, Borderlands 2, it brings a ton of changes to the game, but not today.

It was actually finished a couple weeks ago. Microsoft took forever to approve. That's one of the big drawbacks of console gaming. Everything needs to go through much stricter cert. They can fire off a patch through Steam whenever they want.
