Forsaken Studios is launching a series of competitions for their upcoming game Embers of Caerus, with prizes that include fantastic hardware and peripherals from major gaming and hardware brands!
Starting next week, Friday the 31st of August, and continuing every other month after that, these competitions will see community members battling it out to come up with stories, artwork, in-game titles and more. The entries will be judged by the Forsaken Studios team, including the company’s directors.
But that’s not all. Forsaken Studios is proud to announce that the competitions are being funded by an anonymous benefactor who stepped up and volunteered to help bring the Embers of Caerus community this fantastic opportunity!
With the company riding high on the success of their recent Kickstarter campaign, the team hopes that the competition will grow the Embers of Caerus community, raise exposure across social media, and help spread the word about sandbox gaming. And, thanks to their secret sponsor, the company doesn’t have to divert a penny from its Kickstarter funds or website donations. All that generously donated cash is still being used purely to develop the Embers of Caerus investor prototype!

yeah it's becoming more and more paramount to be extremely cautious with who you back.
I usually tend to stick to people who were developers before, possibly at other companies, or people with working demos to show off.
Embers of Caerus is an upcoming low-fantasy medieval sandbox MMORPG being created by indie developmnent team, Forsaken Studios.
