I would be really happy if North America got AC3!

Tetsujin3917d ago

I'm probably going to get a lot of negative feedback for saying this; I didn't care for AC 3, I was towards the end of the game and couldn't finish it - it didn't have the charm that I felt 2 had. If they did release it here in the US I'd download it to finish the game, however I won't buy it (roommate bought it and I played on his copy). Now AC 2 I liked a lot, and sometimes I'll still play it, but I didn't care for 3.

SchwoererBear3917d ago

agree, I bought it, played it for a couple of weeks then got rid of it. I liked the sailing parts but the rest just didn't seem replayable

Tru_Blu3917d ago

If you're a trophy hunter avoid this game. The pivot trophy is glitched since release and unobtainable to this day.

you are not alone my friend....I platinumed ac 2 brotherhood.....after that it was less about assassins and more of extra bs...especially three....I have yet to beat it because I really dont FEEL like an assassin. im commanding armys on horse back or commanding a ship shooting cannons or hunting deer.....wtf. I love assassins creed dont get me wrong, but its lost track of itself. I just want to sneak in parkor style kill a dude and sneak out just as fast.....I dont wanna go on fetch quests or run around on roof tops trying to catch effing papers for Benjamin Franklin. no ....I want to KILL people ninja style....I hope im not the only one.

I wouldnt! I bought that boring game back in November! Worst AC game ever!!

doctorstrange3918d ago

Shame I already have AC3, but that's an epicly big game

TheGrimOfDeath3918d ago (Edited 3918d ago )

I was just about to buy the game because AC4 was coming out and I have played every single AC game and I love the story. Guess that's settled already, now to finish Mafia II and NFS. Spec Ops The Line was a beautiful game with great controls, I thought it was a generic game, but man did that game make me do things that made me regret it so much.

Lugo, I miss you man.

Wedge193918d ago

I hope AC3 does NOT come to North America. I already own it and it would water down the releases for that month. (unless it comes with the DLC...)

OllieBoy3918d ago

I traded in AC3 very early on. I'd give it another chance if this hit the US as well.

colinf4383918d ago

Me too, I got rid of it very early but id be ready to give it another shot. Plus I had it on xb so it mihht be a better experienc with ps.

BLAKHOODe3917d ago

I'd rather have something else.

Twisted Metal > Assassin's Creed III.

Games with the dumbest NPCs

Non-playable characters in certain games are meme material, thanks to their foolish behavior. These are the big-budget games with the dumbest NPCs.

Bethesda makes the most consistently stupid NPCs, like really bad... yet I still can't help but love playing their games. Guilty pleasure, I guess. *sigh* 😩

How did redfall not make the cut.

Every Bethesda game and Every Halo game. This list needed to have Cyberpunk somewhere.

My first thought was the safe rooms in the resident evil series. When you hear that enchanting music you know you’re safe.

Killer2020UK288d ago

I literally just came here to post this. That music in the Resi 1 safe rooms is playing in my head.

Rimeskeem288d ago

I was thinking TLOU work benches. Although I remember one time where it was a false security.

Perfect. 👌👌

I'd add the top of my highrise apartment in GTA Online. That calm, quiet peace, just knowing as soon as I step out that door I will be bombarded by 8 and 12 year olds calling each other n**** and f****, trolled by combat jets and rocket launchers.

The entire map of SotC is peaceful as hell. Used to just ride around exploring it.

mastershredder288d ago (Edited 288d ago )

Afterlife in Cyberpunk 2077 is a peaceful area? Erm, hands down and very hard to miss, Misty Olszewski's Esoterica is the absolute epitome of peaceful areas in that game.

raiden_188288d ago

The "last of us" deer location i found to be a welcoming respite. It was nice to not have someone trying to eat me.

RPGer287d ago

Kingdom Hearts tend to present half peaceful areas and most of them are amazing.

'Assassin’s Creed III': Ten Years Later

With the recent reveal of Assassin’s Creed Mirage and the promise that the series will return to its roots, there hasn’t been a better time to get stuck into Assassin’s Creed’s back catalog, whether it’s replaying an old favorite or getting lost in previously looked-over classic.

Ten years later, we miss the old you, Assassin's Creed.

Popsicle562d ago (Edited 562d ago )

I really enjoyed Assassins Creed 3. My only complaint was that I didn’t enjoy when I had to switch from Connor to Desmond. It’s a personal preference, but Connor’s story was just more fun for me.

On a side note, Black flag was the most enjoyable of the AC games I played.
