With children now overcome with Smurf-fever, a movie tie in game has been released to coincide with the most recent movie. The surprise is, its actually good!
Hardcore Gamer: The Smurfs 2 game has been available for a month and the film it's based on is a domestic flop (good going, France!), but that's not stopping Ubisoft from releasing a new trailer.
Smurfs 2 is a movie tie-in, but it's not as awful as you'd think. In fact, if you play with a little one, you may pull some enjoyment from it.
And we gamers thank you for it, because there are some young kids that might enjoy this game.
Glitch Cat - At the end of the day, WayForward’s newest effort is an excellent game for kids. While it’s not deep in storyline, and it’s not the prettiest game to look at, it offers solid gameplay, easy to master controls, and quite a bit of replay value. If you’re looking for the next game to play with little tykes, or you just want an excuse to check out Peyo’s creations in video game form, then you might want to give The Smurfs 2 a try.
