Speaking with Sony Chief System Architect and Knack Director Mark Cerny, Fallon seemed struck by a random thought before leading in to the live demo. "Oh, the big story that everyone is talking about is this system is the only one where you can still play used games," Fallon said, almost off-handedly. Cerny replies accurately that "we support used games and we don't require an Internet connection." Fallon answered back over audience applause, "that's pretty major, 'cause you can go to GameStop and pick up that stuff."
A MultiVersus developer seems to be suggesting that a new Steven Universe character is going to join the roster soon, something that might even have been backed up by leakers.
We're just a few days away from the long-awaited relaunch of MultiVersus and while most of us are just excited to get our hands on the new Season 1 characters like Jason, Joker, Banana Guard, and Agent Smith, that hasn't stopped Player First Games from teasing some future additions.
LEGO and Sony may be developing a LEGO game based on the hit Horizon video game, potentially featuring playable LEGO machines and more.
This could work and would be very interesting and fun the way these robots break
A Lego game? I would never buy it and it’ll flop badly because the Lego games are cartoon or big movie licenses that appeal to casual and families with kids. Horizon no one knows what that is.
Im sure it could be a good Lego game. The problem for me is I don’t care for the Lego games. Obviously this isn’t catered to me so I don’t mind it being a thing as I have plenty of other games to play. For the people that do enjoy Lego games I’m sure it could be on of the best Lego games if done right.
GL: "Staff writer Shaz reflects on his small library of physical games he's kept throughout the decades, and how a recent move made him nostalgic."
I lost my drive for collecting physical games due to many discs lacking the whole complete game. Instead, of collecting games I started collected figurines.
I am a collector have a room dedicated with a couple original arcade cabinets, physical game library, old and new consoles and controllers backlit with LED lighting. It’s very cool to have but with emulation being so strong and prevalent, I sometimes feel foolish because the hobby is expensive and like another said, the full game is not always on the disc. Could probably spend more wisely but I enjoy it.
Now they all support used games.
lol classic
Ive got some good news for the xboxone fans...
Microsoft reverses position on Xbox One DRM
UPDATE: No more 24-hour check-in, game ownership stays as it is and no restrictions on trading and loaning, among other changes.
I was going to say wiiu, but now they all do.
At the time of the show they really didn't. I just goes to show that when people complain with their wallet things can change really fast. I still don't trust Microsoft so still a no buy for me for now at least maybe after a year I will take another look.
