Might as well add US exclusive to that. F**k Origin. Every single sale or deal so far has been US exclusive, way to not-so-subtly say the rest of the world doesn't matter, EA.

At least on Steam the sales are worldwide.

And the price is ridiculous in Europe. 50 Euros for BF3? Fuck that...

--Onilink--4561d ago

and Central America and Puerto Rico are still treated as if we were in Spain...so you could basically say prices are ridiculous in Europe, Central America and Puerto Rico

GrumpyVeteran4561d ago

^ Yep, Origin is shit, all coupons have nearly been US only etc. Fail origin.

Bolts4561d ago

You call this a sale? $79 for a bunch of shitty NFS games are you shitting me Origin!? Steam have the entire ARMA series for 50% off right now. I can pick up the latest ARMA 2 game for $9 or buy them all for $30.

Let me know when Origin have a sale that isn't a rape fest then maybe I'll actually give a damn about this shitty DD service.

Looking Back to Two of Need for Speed's Best Games - Most Wanted and Hot Pursuit

Paul writes - "EA know a good thing when they see it, and for multiple years November was Need for Speed month. In a break from the usual routine, I'm going to be looking back at two games here, released in 2005 and 2010 respectively. The earlier game is Need for Speed: Most Wanted, which has the distinction of being one of the very best in the franchise. The second game comes from 2010, and is Need for Speed Hot Pursuit; which I'll talk about just as the Remastered version of the game has hit the stores."

Hotpursuit 2 was good as well.

I completely adore this game! In fact its probably my favorite racing game. I recently dusted off my xbox 360 to play Most Wanted 2005. Still a great game, though I do not remember there being such horrible performance. Like massive frame-pacing issues. screen tearing, latency. If any game ever truly needed to be remastered, it this one for sure!

Uuuu, I loved this one. I want it.

No NFS released since Hot Pursuit (2010) has came close. The Ghost Games NFS games were just dreadful (to me they were anyway, 2015 was okay I suppose). Would love to replay this and I hope it has an update for next-gen as well.

DarkZane1316d ago (Edited 1316d ago )

I loved Most Wanted as well (on PS3, I think it released in 2012). After that, it has gone downhill, but the latest games are slowly coming back up. I loved NFS Heat, but it needs to get better before it comes back to same level as NFS Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted.

Then again, NFS Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted were likely better because they were from Criterion (in fact, those were the last 2 games from criterion in nfs series).

@DarkZane
complete agree. Most Wanted was good fun as well.

boing11315d ago

Yeah, Criterion has made two best NFS games in my opinion.

georeo1316d ago

Oh yes! They cops vs the drivers online was a blast.

LucasRuinedChildhood1316d ago

Better be 60FPS unlike the original console ports.

Sgt_Slaughter1316d ago

I would be excited but NFS is basically dead in the water at this point, a shell of its former self.
