Well whether you like it or not or will use it or not it does have a 4k UHD player, 4K assets, better IQ, better shaders, better anisotropic filtering, better AA, better draw calls, faster load times due to the amount of RAM and bandwidth, down sampling if you have a 1080p TV so the image will appear more crisper than a native 1080p image, plus its BC will all Xbox One games and accessories, BC with 360 and OG xbox games. In a way its the same. But the Xbox One power allows for them to "brute force" the game to run without needing to go through and do what they do for the 360. That's what Phil said

One of the main reasons it can be done quickly is because if you started a brand new game, even if you didn't have a level 5 guy, the very last and final boss is available to go and kill the second you start the game. Granted hes going to have ALL of his bodyguards as backup and itll be extremely hard to kill him, but its possible to go from 0 to hero at level 1
