I adored the series, but Unchartered 4 was divine. I loved it so much. The characters, the nostalgia everything. It will be tough to do that again since the last one was to be a swan song.
Agree
Amen
People need to truly understand this.
People don't want to pay more, but if games were priced according to adjusted for inflation they would be paying about $105 today. That is based on Atari games going for $25 in 1977. The funny thing about that is games for systems back then we made with a few guys on a next to nothing budget. Triple A games today from Square Enix, EA, Activision and developer Rockstar can be millions with teams of hundreds programming and they are...

I think they need to pay Uncharted some flattery and try to infuse some sentimentality and heart. Uncharted 4 was amazing because of the characters and nostalgia. Tomb Raider is freaking incredible as a game. I think it flows and is a bit more cinematic than Uncharted, but I enjoy Uncharted more because the characters. They need to find a writer that can help create this and then keep characters recurring and it will be a much better series. Don't get me wrong, it rocks and I lived the re...
This is really the best point. Xbox One was really not that far behind PS4 in America. However, Europe definitely went with PS4. Japan will NEVER go with Xbox. Europe is savvy and likes to get the most machine for their money. I think Sony will still hold Europe, but I do think the margin will close if the price point with PS5 is identical and MS can get some great games out soon after release. America is the interesting market. 360 demolished PS3. According to vgchartz.com 360 sold 20 millio...
I want another Uncharted 4. I love the vibe. I love the nostalgia.
Believe it or not Xbox One was not that far behind the PS4 in America. Japan Xbox One never had a chance. Europe is the market that definetly went for PS4. This gen coming up Xbox could close or lead in America. Still not do anything in Japan. The interesting market is Europe. Will they buy Xbox over PS5? I think they could close the gap some, but likely not by much. Price of the machines and Sony's games will decide.
Pure cockamamie.
I appreciate the flexibility. Nothing wrong with choices.
I don't care. I think their will be a void left after they are gone and I'll miss them. I was one who only bought games for great prices used. I never sold anything there. I'll miss the ease of buying games on the cheap.
No, that was the very brief reveal when MS had to backpedal things you speak of. I'm taking about Xbox One resolution and slightly less teraflops that people dogged the Xbox One for. Oh well, we shall see what, if any, noticeable difference emerge.
Sony apologist? He's right. It is dumb to quibble over such a thing. However, I don't recall the same thing happening for Xbox One. I recall the Xbox One being mercilessly trounced for being slightly under powered.
Here comes the PS salty boys. No exclusives at launch etc. Yes, but the 3rd parties are going to be looking amazing. EA seems to think this next gen will be incredible. But I'll own both. I want Xbox's POWER!!! For all 1st and 3rd party games. I want PS5 to play PS 1-4 on my PS5 plus the awesome Sony exclusives. Win, win baby! There's no way the Xbox will come out at $599. They know what killed the Xbox One. It hurt big time to be $100 more than the PS4. It will be $499. Period.
Calm yourselves. Hyperbole. (Clearly I hadn't taken my meds yet...again jk) Yet it does piss me off. It is incredibly frustrating being powerless to stop a move such as this. It was the most gorgeous racing experience ever and poof gone. Sad.
While I'm glad to be able to still play it, I would have loved more tracks, a PS5 version, but no. Sigh.
It pisses me off seriously. I don't care how this sounds. I would love to beat the living daylights out of whoever is responsible for axing this game. It truly truly pisses me off.
No and I'm one of those that isn't afraid to admit I love and buy them every year. Love love love them.
Showed up to see all the Sony fanboys come and trash this. We know they can't resist. I agree with you. World class, maybe not, but definitely a very, very good title. I enjoyed it a great deal.
No. I promise you. I found one JUST at the very start of the quarantine for only ONLY $229!! It was a recertified through Walmart, not refurbished not sure the difference, but it came packaged like it was brand new. Anyway, at $229 that was what Xbox One S were going for. It's worth it because you play all games this generation at the best they can possibly be played by either Xbox One or PS 4 (Pro). This has been a great generation so for me the X is no regret at all.
