CCP has been working on DUST 514 for at least 5 years already according to the video interview with Hilmar, it was planned since the beginning for the current generation of consoles, so they can't change the original plan, and is already in the Beta phase.
Also, the features of being completely Free, merged with a popular MMO that has been running for 8 years which is already popular in the MMO Genre, it will endure the life cycle of the PS3.

Hmm, the only thing I can see as the best feature so far, is that this console will have the best Online service for gamers and for free.
Uncharted was the benchmark. Now it is The Last of Us, no other game looks near as this one on consoles.
