If you click on the game tile on the home screen it should have a timer letting you know how much time is left until the game unlocks on your console.

Don't feel bad, the main game I was wanting for my X1 was Scalebound (rip) luckily I enjoy Forza and I'm still holding my breath for Left 4 Dead 3. Everything else I play on my Pro.
