I'm very interested in this game. Remedy haven't failed me before, I don't think they'll start now. Bring it on!
No need to be so defensive, just because someone mentions that Microsoft isn't really any more guilty of something than other companies, doesn't mean that they are taking a jab at Sony. I do believe that Sony "cares" about people more than Microsoft, but in the end, it's a company, and its goal is to make money.
That I'm going to give Microsoft the benefit of the doubt here. I'm inclined to believe that this is just a coincidence. If this is true however, this is a bit disappointing.
This game has me very excited. I loved Crysis and this looks to take everything I loved about it and ratchet it up to new orgasmic levels.
With condoms it's excusable though, since they don't cost $50-60 a pop(pardon the pun).
About the creature creator being the best part. I happened to enjoy the space age the best, personally. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and it's nice to see things from another point of view.
Are people like me supposed to take this? I'll admit, I pirated Crysis(and I went out and bought it the week after). But other than that, I have bought all of my games, every single one, and DRM like this, and the one that is on Spore, is just obscene. If I pay full price for something, I want to be able to install it as many times as I want, and do as much as I want with it. The only people who win in situations like this are the pirates, everyone else loses.
Gamespot are really being harsh on games lately. Anyway, the people who want Mercs 2 will not be dissuaded by this review I don't think, since Mercs is known for explosive sandbox fun.
Steven Colbert would probably make a more reasonable president than either of them. Though if I was voting I would vote Obama, but that's just my choice, you don't have to agree.
Everyone knows that The Patriots are the rulers of the world.
In the US I think the 360 will beat the PS3 definitely, but not by as much as last year. And in Europe the PS3 will take the crown.
that anything is going to surpass Blu-ray for the moment. Digital Downloads will not become widespread for a long time, thanks to horrible download speeds(mostly in North America). Also, we need better storage solutions as well, which will take more time for drives big enough to hold many movies to become widespread. So Blu-ray will probably be sitting pretty as the HD medium of choice for quite awhile yet.
You should, Chrome is a very good browser. It's not quite up there on the level of Firefox, and it's more of a memory hog(but more stable), but it's still very good. Better than IE by far imo.
are Killzone 2 and LittleBigPlanet even remotely related? O.o
I think the game is going to get a bunch of 9's and 10's because of the gameplay in general, not just because of co-op. This game looks really good.
Kind of like your ego, huh?
Every company does that in some way. And even if they do give the story closure, they can easily find some way to make a sequel to it, even if it's ridiculous and poorly done(I'm looking at you, Final Fantasy X-2)
What's happening to you man? Where's the crazy(but hilarious)360 fanboy we've all come to love?:(
On topic: Resistance 2 is looking ace.
This whole article has an air of "satire" about it, but that's just me.
Why is everyone so upset about a 9/10? Last time I checked, 90% was bloody brilliant.
