To be fair Project Spark and some kinect games are coming as well. Regardless, PS4 is still the best place to play multiplats on console and Bloodborne and The Order are coming in the first few months of the new year. What do xbox fans have to look forward to after this fall? Halo 5 in Fall 2015?
It's easy to get confused by shipped vs. sold through numbers. Sony is closer to 10m sold where MS is still struggling to hit 5m
Glad someone payed enough attention to what was actually written in the article
Did people not see the release restrictions for games in China? Out of all the games released for X1 and PS4 there are maybe 3 games that would pass through. It will take a lot of time before the market in China reaches any kind of respectable size
1080p60 was never the issue, but more what level of graphics can we expect given those constraints. That being said, if Sony give me Driveclub or Wipeout VR then I'll buy it day 1 no matter the cost
Developers haven't so far...why would they now?
That's all very good to hear. I had planned on picking this game up until the reports last week but now I'm ready to jump in
I wish more people used this argument instead of the apologist one-sided views.
Fact: The PS4 is more powerful.
Fact: The PS4 is cheaper.
Fact: The Xbox One is still a good value for what it offers.
Fact: No matter which system you get you will have a good experience.
It will all come down to which games you like to play. Do resolution, graphics, etc. matter? Yes, but that doesn't mean the games will be any worse. The only cav...
Where's my Vita version that was promised this summer?
That is one of the most culturally insensative things I've ever read in my life, but I'm going to assume you're young/early teens for the sake of your dignity.
The modern "Middle East" is much like North/Central America in a lot of regards. While there are highly advanced cities and countries(Like Dubai, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.) similar to our own(SF, NYC) there ones that are shown prominently in the news/media are the ones currently in the civil and sec...
These videos are from the Nvidia booth. I got a chance to play it there the other day and I have to say it seems like a huge improvement over AC3. Not to mention the whole thing looked gorgeous running on SLI GTX 780s @4k resolution.
Like reported it was not running at 1080p, but it wasn't running at 720p either. The game looked as good as any video you see online. I think the majority of cutbacks you're going to see will hardly be noticable outside of AA and resolution, should be 1080p60 at release.
I played the game today at PAX and I can confirm that it was played on PCs. I'm not sure if those were top tier or XB1 specced but they were not dev/retail kits. However, the reps said the build was representative of the final retail copy, so there's that.
PES on PS3/360 looks better than FIFA on next gen
Or because this news just confirmed all the old rumors about the X1.
This could just be a reactionary price cut. If Sony is releasing new memory SKUs Amazon will need to clear stock while they can.
This is a BS article. The original stated that their hope was to be as diverse, while retaining a "charm" in their games that fans could recognize, not necessarily Pixar quality.
Yeah the screen looks slick, but I'm just happy the bubbles are anti-aliased now
Worked fine for me. Either you're trolling or it's an isolated incident
Inflammatory title aside I completely agree with the points he's trying to make. If you don't want the half dozen predetermined titles Sony want's to show you(which are often the games you're looking for) you're stuck working through the menus trying to find a game that might interest you. This will only truly be a problem when games are flooding in at a decent rate every week but for now I would rather have a clean UI where a handful of new games are appreciabley front an...
