If anything Uncharted borrowed from Tomb Raider. Lets not get things twisted.
Im a huge uncharted fan, and if this is anything close to an Uncharted game I know ill enjoy it.
I wouldnt be able to transition from console gamer to PC gamer, i'd miss out on way too many games! Especially GOOD GoTY competitors from awesome console-only developers.
PC gaming would never fill that void.
get rid of all BC i dont care, I want my PS4 to be as cost-effective as possible. If it means getting rid of BC (which is useless anyway) then so be it.
I still have my PS3 and will continue to have it when PS4 rolls out.

Great article. They learned from their PS3 mistakes for sure ... cant wait to see what Xbox does though, i wont get the nextbox but I'm curious what they have up their sleeve.
Darksiders and Darksiders 2 are some of the best games i played this Gen. I really hope they get picked up.

WHY would anyone compare the QUALITY of both games using MGS as a frame of reference? Theyre not made by the same people, it needs to be judged on its own merits and as its OWN game.
Just cause it's a spin-off of a character from the Metal Gear series deosnt mean it's supposed to be the same type of game.
If the game was just called "Raiden" people would STILL say "OHH, it's a Metal Gear game but it's not as good as Metal ge...
Same. Ive never once seen an ad for PS Mobile devices or PS Mobile games. And Im a huge Sony fan...so there's a disconnect somewhere there.

I agree. The fight itself wasnt really hard once you understand what his animations are before he does certain attacks.
I found the fight to be very fun, cant wait to go for the no damage trophy. It'll be frustrating for sure, but im positive i can do it, it's only the diagonal cutting part that messes me up.
lol...Genuine played it on Casual Baby difficulty. Cause I beat it on hard, and currently working on Very Hard, and it's not NEARLY as easy as he says.
Yeah once you get used to the parrying system it gets easier (duh), but it's NOWHERE near as easy as you make it sound. You're just talking garbage to make yourself look competent on the internetz... cheers to you mate. Keep lying.
Neither do I. Only thing i'd use it for is watching netflix with a conference chat going. So we can watch the same stuff and chat. but even that would get boring after a while. Extra features never hurt at all though.

See this is the problem with some reviewer's mentalities. They see the "Metal Gear" and expect it to be the same team behind the true Metal Gear games.
This is a Spin-off by another company, with Kojima influences to keep the game as true to its Metal Gear roots as they could.

I just finished the last boss, as I type this im looking at the credits. I think as an open world game with the same combat, this game wouldve been much better. But then again there are dozens of games i can think of that would be better as a sandbox title.
Hopefully the sequel can go that direction, but in any case, this game is a 7or8 on its own merits! Loved it.
I hope Lightning Dies in the end.
