It’s just a move to appeal to a wider audience just like how rappers don’t feature half naked woman shaking their ass on the rapper in every single music video anymore. I doubt the developer thought it was a big issue, it’s more of a opportunity to sell more games and get positive press.
You may not be one of them, but I see comments saying they will boycot the game because of it, and it really seems like the removal of butts is a really big issue to some.
So you are angry about the developers decision to remove digital butts but not the removal of butts itself? Why? I don’t get why people are angry about this, it’s such a non issue.
If I had to bet money on 2021 or 2022 for GoW, I'd probably bet on 2022. I'm pretty sure it's going to get delayed at least once. Wild guess, but Horizon in november and GoW in march 2022.
Played it on the Wii U and found it to be okey, but a bit boring. I love other Mario games but 3D world didn’t feel as inspired or as fun. I would probably give it the same score.
No way! FFVIIR better stay clear of the chibis
I’m surprised if it’s not a announcement concerning ports for Xbox/PC and a next gen patch for Ps5.
Would be very happy if they released any new gameplay content though, and some. Ews on when to expect part 2.
What you're stating as a unpopular opinion is actually a very popular opinion. Although It's not my opinion as I loved rdr2 and thought it successfully did something different than other games in aspects of immersion when it comes to; simulation, animations, npcs and world building. But I fully get that the game was way to slow for many.
I don't think Nintendo gets enough credit when it comes to their focus on 1080p and 60fps. Their games look great considering the hardware as well. Exclusive games on other consoles are without a doubt more demanding, but I wish other companies focused more on polish and optimization like Nintendo.
It's not confirmed, but the article hints at 720p for Bowser's Fury, docked. That's awful and it's without a doubt, if true, a reason why we need a Switch Pro.
Ubisoft games are like McDonalds to me. It's good for a bit, but then you get sick of it, until you're not, and then you buy it again. I don't mind a McDonalds Star Wars game, but I do hope we get a gourmet Star Wars game made by a really great developer, like Naughty Dog, Rockstar games or Santa Monica.
Really wish more companies did that approach.
But I guess they might fear losing control of the marketing in case the game get leaked before announcement. It also might be more beneficial to announce a game early to build hype over a long time so that they are likely to get more money out of investors.
Really looking forward to this game. I imagined that it would come late this year anyway so a 2022 date doesn't bother me too much. Glad they announced the delay early at least.
This might be unrelated, or maybe it isn't - but I wonder if CDPRs failings sends consumer positive ripples in the industry. Suits might think twice before they make a decision to release a unpolished/unfinished game. They might be more likely to delay the game to make it better after seeing...
"Free" on gamepass :)
I gave you a disagree because I disagree with your comment saying that 'it couldn't be that bad.' I know you're not defending the devs and there's no hard feelings. I just disagree and there's nothing more harmful about that then me and my flat mate disagreeing on which movie we should watch. You shouldn't look at disagrees as the equivalente of pitchforks.
Good to hear! Never played any of their games which might be why I’m not feeling it. I’ll probably buy Returnal anyway though. The gameplay looks solid.
Cool! Although imo it looks really generic.
Hoping for Sora but i bet it is Crash.
When you see games like Red Dead 2, Last of Us 2, God of War and Ghost of Tsushima looking as great as they do on PS4, I wouldn't really blame anyone for not expecting Cyberpunk to run at 14-20 fps and a 720p resolution. Especially since CDPR focused on hidinging it.
@AnnaDea
"lmao, speedrunners finds so many bug in nintendo games that it's not even funny. The nes and snes era are full of them."
What's that got to do with it? Most people aren't speedrunners. Of course you're going to find bugs if they spend hundreds of hours with the goal of finding them. The point is that people who play Nintendo games as they should be played usually find incredibly few compared to other games.
Reviewers who...
They did minimal effort with Mario so I don’t expect anything great.
Couldn't be less excited...
