Next gen consoles will use BluRay again. Single, dual, triple layer or multiple discs depending on the game. The BRD is being manufactured since 2006 (13 years), discs costs cents. No way they will change them to expensive flash memory.

I would like the same Original RE2 atmosphere but with the RE Engine and first person. Strong Zombies, low bullets and very scary.
$399 is key, so, PS5 will be out when AMD can offer a 7nm APU with 10 to 15 TF at max 200W TDP.
It will probably be in 2020, perhaps Nov 2019.
Probably a Zen 2 and Navi at 7nm, around 12-15TF for sure. $499. And if i had to bet, i'd say Xbox "next" and PS5 will have near IDENTICAL hardware like PS4/XBO. If Microsoft absorb $100 (they can, they are a rich company) and sell it for $399 we will have competition in next gen.
