I was one of those players until I discovered how terrible the combat was.
Looks like 2024 is FINALLY a reason to own a Xbox. I primarily game on Xbox and it’s been a LONG LONG wait for some quality games but it looks like it’s finally over. Hell Blade and Indy are my must haves this year so far. Oh yeah and Stalker 2 definitely.
Who compared this game to GoW? This is the first I’ve heard of this. Whoever you claim said that obviously was on something or never played the first game…
I kinda wish they would have kept it the top down view like the first game.
I’ve got a 4070 in my PC and it does a great job. I won’t be upgrading until I have a real reason to.
So I guess the same can be said about Sony with a good number of their games on PC right?
Gears 2 was my absolute favorite in the series.
Sadly I’d have to agree with you. It’s just not fun to play. When in combat it’s fun but anything outside of that feels like a chore. Running around on the planets is boring. Makes me wish Starfield had stolen a page out of Ubisoft’s bloated gameplay book.
Xbox has never really been know for their single player games so it’s not surprising. You want single player go to PS. Now with that being said MS needs compelling single player games as much as Sony needs compelling multiplayer games.

It doesn’t solve my problem because I spent 200 on the Dual Edge with a crap battery life and now some $80 controller comes along with better battery? I call BS. The Dual Egde should have had this battery at $200.

It’s value for me so speak for yourself. I’m getting additional content for the same price so how is that not added value? You haters will downplay pretty much anything. I’m very aware that GP is a rental service like ALL other streaming services but I fail to see your point? It’s more content that I will enjoy for the same price.
I can download a game like CoD in about 10-20 mins depending on my internet usage. I never found this feature useful.
It means that my GP sub has even more value and that’s a fact.
TBH Virtua Fighter 5 is the main reason I turn on my PS5. I play it daily and consider myself to be mid-high tier player. I’d love a VF6 but SEGA has no idea where to take the franchise. If they stuck with the current formula the game would not be played by casuals. If the start adding flash to the game the they will upset the OG fanbase like myself. Interested in seeing how SEGA handles VF6.
Hope the side quests are better than 16’s side quest.
