Despite apple laying out their own motherboards, they still use off the shelf parts (cpu, northbridge, southbridge, gpu, etc..). Windows is designed to run on a wide range of hardware, not as much as LINUX, but alot more than OSX.

Macs ran on IBM PowerPC for a while. Ive always invisioned macs as more embeded systems than PCs, which is why I believe they would be the best to take advantage of it because they would design their software around it.
Most PC software is designed to be generic though, so I doubt a windows implementation would really utilize it very well, its a trade off between performance/compatibillity.
Yeah, Id love to have one of these, but for gaming you currently wont notice much performance on anything past two cores because almost no games take advantage of multicore.
When I first got my dual core it was night and day, I was able to have a program running in the background and not notice any performance loss.

Amazing... crysis seems to fit on a single DVD.
And after installation its still only aroun 6GB.
Crysis Warhead is closer to 5GB.
Not to mention that since its for consoles the texture resolutions will be made smaller, so that makes it take up even less space.

Id say that the HOME avatars look more like humans than the 360 or wii ones.
Id say the problem is more that they are less customizable then the other ones. Makes sense though if you have a more detailed model its harder to customize. Something that has less detail is much easier and your mind just fill in the blanks.
Thats why the mii avatars usually look the most like the person they represenet, they are so generic.

honestly I prefer to have a more detailed 720p game instead of a less detailed 1080p game (not referencing GT5 in any way).
Its like playing crysis on 1024x768 very high settings VS. 1600x1200 medium settings.
The very high settings just look better.
