He's entitled to his opinion, just as much as you are. You don't have to like it lol.
I understand what you're saying.
for example, MS and SONY opted for the x86 (same as PC) architecture for PS4 and ONE. Now backward compatibility won't be a prob in future if they maintain that architecture, chances are they will.
However, Nintendo always made sure that their console or handheld is at least compatible with the previous generation. It's a trend that doesn't seem like it'll ever stop so long as they're making consoles.
Props to Nintendo for backwards compatibility. As for Microsoft and Sony . . . .
The same folks that wanted Microsoft to drop Kinect suddenly think it's the wrong move, now that it's done.
I wish Microsoft had stuck by their vision for Kinect. But they let the media/fanobys sway them. The peripheral is as good as dead in terms of gaming. Almost as useless as the play-station move.
Since when did console-gamers start fretting over resolution and frame-rates. Consoles are OPTIMIZED.
99% of the time. Devs deliver a playable game to the masses.
You're expecting way too much from a €399 console, and for that reason you'll continue to be disappointed.
Whatever happened to being content with a game that works. . .
The PS3 launch taught me not to ever be an early adopter again.
Early adopters know what it means to be an early adopter.
Xbox live has always been the better and more reliable service. Now it even does the only thing that PSN had over it, PS+. In this case, Games with Gold.
All this talk about "copy", You wouldn't have a comparable service like PSN without Xbox Live ^_^.
"Believe it or not, there are many people who DO NOT want a PS4."
you shouldn't say such things here, that's a taboo.
It's PS4 or nothing.
huh? An Xbox without Kinect is an Xbox WITHOUT kinect.
E3 2014 is nigh.
It goes both ways. If not for Xbox Live, you wouldn't have the PSN you've got today.
These are the benefits of competition.
Now, create an alternate article why PS fans should thank Microsoft.
The games media is such a joke ^_^.
Diskinected as gaming peripheral
Still kinected as a media peripheral.
Phil Spencer ~ in so little time. . :)
Emphasis on "so far", meaning it isn't final.
It is easy to cherry pick comments, and be a Smart Alec. I hope you aren't using too much brainpower.
Talk about being entitled lol. When you're an early adopter, you should know you're either a scape goat or a beta tester ahah! MS don't owe you sh!t.
Microsoft dropped the price reduction before E3. That can only mean one thing. Their E3 show will be all about the games. So far, they've got the better 2014 lineup of games. And, XBL Live just got even better than it's ever been. The leading online service on consoles. E3 can't get here soon enough.
I did mention, "staying competitive" in my post so.. We all know the PS4 is leading. None of us gain from that, Sony does.
I'm just glad Microsoft has made gamers happy with today's announcements.
Taking the spotlight, and bringing excitement before E3. Everyone is talking Xbox ONE.
Doing whatever it takes to satisfy the fans whilst staying competitive.
The major factor for dropping kinect is due to voice localization for every market. It was a technical hurdle for them.
Developers won't prioritize Kinect as they might have done if everyone had one, anymore. . .
and all this talk about the Xbox being a "weaker...
Except, this is a console game ported to a handheld. The Vita can barely run the game despite the amount of downgrades required to run it. Why wouldn't it be compared to the console version?
It's better to build games FOR the Vita.
It'll be me and this game in my campus room!
I thought I was the only one who noticed.
