anyway, still a day one purchase and mark my words, SR2 will be more FUN then GTA4, probably in multiplayer as well
and for the love of god, rent it, download the demo (if one comes out) try your friends copy and come to your OWN conclusions but dont take the word of biased fanboys please!

With everything you said and im a PS3 owner who has played SR1 and loved it. As the Ape above me said, try the game yourself, give it at least a rental.
thats assuming every single 360 owner has broadband and wants to use live (and i'll take a wild guess that this isnt the case)
even when i had a 360 i only used live when i had the 30 days free gold membership, it was good but i wasnt willing to pay for it every year

The naysayers kept comparing it to GTA (instead of looking at it independently or comparing it to the original)
They kept righting it off before even one review came out or because of their bias towards GTA

the ammount of people who have bought a wii/ps2 alone VS people who bought a PC for hardcore gameing? i no there are more PCs worldwide but how many of those are used for work, internet etc or gaming?
the only thing that could kill PC gaming is possibly piracy but even then the ammount of pirates would need to increase alot and in my opinion people who pirate games were unlikely to buy them anyway
