I think this is a horrible system.
For those of us who don't want to sit around on twitter waiting for them to drop some codes, this is a slap to the face.
Why not, I dunno, let us EARN them. Why not give a key for every 1000 bada$$ levels earned? Or for completing X amount of quests? or get a key for hiting level 25 and 50 with a character?

If they had a zombies game on XBLA or PSN, I think it would sell well. I dont like CoD much but the zombies mode is very fun. I'd love to see it be on its own.
I am not too excited for this one, as I wasn't that big of a DA fan to begin with.
DA1 had an awesome story, with dull and boring combat.
DA2 had fun combat (even if a bit too dumbed down) but a less interesting story.
I would love to see DA1 writing with a combat system similar to dragon's dogma, which IMO was a great WRPG combat system.
10.00 each for skins? No thanks. Was hoping for escalation maps, campaign chapters, or something besides asthetic differences.

It has a small chance, because it is a MULTIPLATFORM game, which means it has multiple systems to sell on. Gears (at the moment, anyways) is exclusive on the xbox. So 2 systems to 1 CAN make a difference.

A new IP, with a low amount of hype, from one of Sony's lesser developers taking down a known IP with a rabid fanbase that basically set the standard for 3rd person shooters and co-op gameplay (horde)?
You PC gamers did get a lot of awesome DD content. I play on the 360, so we got hosed >.<
But yeah, something like that could definitely work. I am just a sucker for customization options, gender, look, skills, etc.
Either way, expecting a lot of fun out of BL2, considering how epic BL1 was !
Definitely looking forward to this class ! Can't wait to see what her claptrap can do. (and yes, sounds awful when said aloud, you know what I mean...)
On a side note, I would have loved to have seen male and female variants of each class. A fem gunzerker would have been epic !

I agree the story got too "out there" for me. But this one will always be one of the finest examples of gameplay and story telling that I have ever seen
I have a hard time committing to one character after checking out the skill tress on the site. And this characters confirmed name and look (as well as class) have me curious about her as well !
Looks like I will be doing several BL2 run throughs, as each class looks to offer up a lot of fun.
Although I didn't like MGS after this one, it still remains one of my all time favorite games. A true classic.

As of today, the most obvious advantage of XBL over PSN is party chat. And its without a doubt a fantastic feature, something many of you will come to love on the PS4.

What amuses me most about the gaming community's issue with gaymercon is most complatins are about gamers needing to be unified, we shouldn't seperate from each other, we all are equal, etc.
Yet so many in the gaming community don't complain at all about all girl gaming clans, all girl gaming communities, etc. Guys seem to say "OMG you are so 1337" and kiss up, and so many girls seem to say "OMGZ I want to be like them girls, lets seprate and pwn th...
I wouldn't put it past them. Hold it off for X amount of time and then sell it as DLC.
We will never truly know either way though, only those who dev the content will =\
And im not going to feel bad if their isnt future DLC, heaven forbid after paying 70.00 for ME (and day 1 dlc) im not jumping at the seams to shell out even more cash

FF13 was close to completion before MS got it to be held back and to be made multiplatform.
Meaning, the lack of freedom, the linearity, etc was all determined and brought into being before the "big bad" MS got their hands on it.
FF13 was meh becasue of SE and it wouldn't have been any better if it was a PS3 exlusive, it simply would have been out sooner.
So if I spend 60.00, I get...1.20 back? Man, thats barely noticeable.
At least offer us with 100k GS 5-10%. That would be noticeable.
