... coz the fact is that people without the halo 3 maps just got lucky with odst, bungie basically gave a fanservice to the late adopters coz now they get all the content in just 60 bucks
but the author should have used the recent left 4 dead situation ... when developers dont want you to pay for extra content why does ms ? in stories like that it shows the faceless corporation side of things
well it looks like bungie is still going after the quest of world domination... well more power to them ... now i really wanna see what they are doing with reach...
i havent played it so cant say anything about it ...
but halo on the other hand is an awesome game ... its one of those few games that you can play a year from now and still have a blast... in a sense its just soo unscripted... theres always a new and fun way of going around and doing things in it

Gears of War : The Pendulam Wars ?
i seriously hope its multi disc ... bungie should break outta that dvd barrier... and load up some crazy animations coz with mission/level based fps games its much easier to go multi disc.
was really well analysed on the bungie forums from one of the users and if you've read the books you'll believe this users impressions to be fairly accurate..

heh... yeah well, seeing the recent batman arkham asylum and mass effect 2 there is still some hope left for ue 3... its all in the art style
epic have said its not the 360... its the unreal engine... from the eurogamer interview they said that if epic is going to make a gears 3 this gen it will be running on unreal 3... they dont want to spend time and resources re writing the code for unreal to make a new middleware unreal engine 4 running on all current gen consoles just for a new gears of war 3... ue 3 is only a year or so old... and with cry engine and id tech coming out epic will push for unreal even harder for this gen with ...
oh my god man this place is losing the whole point of gaming ... wtf does the ps3 have to do with mass effect ...
thats always good to hear... i wonder if they can prove that with halo reach though

its still on the beta stage... starts almost everyday at 3 pm... its fun.. every week theres some new topic of questioning for one of the shows... like movie quotes, general trivia, gaming trivia etc

yep yep... as kind as the third pary support has been to ms they need more first party effort and some new ip's...
man i dont know about anyone else here but so far i've loved what they have shownoff for modern warfare 2... i'm a big fan (maybe even a boderline fanboy) of the cod series and they have never dissapointed me... loved every single second of modern warfare 1.. the gfx of mw 2 look awesome and it still feels as fast paced as ever... this game will be great
