"Now if one of the teams managed to capture the middle point/area, then a AI controlled (aka not player controlled) AT-AT will spawn and will start advancing and attacking from the middle capture point towards the remaining enemy captured areas."

...so, the rebel alliance has AT-ATs to attack the Empire with???

I wonder if Microsoft bricked the machine or the players gamertags and licenses attached to those machines.

Just trying to figure out how "temporarily blocked all of their Xbox One privileges – meaning that for a period of time which Microsoft decides on depending on the severity of the offense, their Xbox One is entirely unusable." is possible.

Or, can Microsoft take a serial number for a system and tell the machine to "not work" until fu...

Yeah, but instead of "like Batman" the grapple line makes me think of Spiderman.

I was first a little excited by the "gangs", but I just don't know at this point if they have lost their way or I just got on a different road than UBI.

Neogaf sources make things news worthy?

Yeah, I will be one of those missing out. I just don't enjoy the "kill or be killed" of MP games. I enjoy a deep story and I just havn't seen a MP only game... OK MP and some short two player co-op missions... that tells a compelling story.

Still, I have EA Access, so I will give it a try.

Wish I could afford one of those racing wheels. Lord God in Heaven, they are expensive!

...so, as far as the XBO is concerned: a Plus for the impulse triggers, but a minus for the resolution.

Interesting, I didn't really enjoy Forza 5 that much, but love Horizons 2. So, even with a new engine, I think I will wait a year for Horizons 3 in hopes they use the new engine on that one.

Still, can't wait to see what improvments are made with a new engine.

In the case of 2K's NBA2K14, the MyCareer game (where you start as a rookie and work your way to the Hall of Fame) is directly tied to the Servers. Even if you are a solo player, if they cut the server access, you loose your MyCareer progress.

So, it is not just about playing others on-line, it is about the way 2K created the game...

Great! 27 months is enough. Thank you 2k.

That is so... wrong... in my case I usually purchase every other year and play for a full two years. Guess that will not happen with NBA 2k15. I will be able to play MyCareer until about playoff time next year...

If they do that to me I will not buy 2K17... ahhh, heck, who am I kidding, yes I will. Love my Basketball.

"it’s imperative to remember that San Diego Studio have less than a 1-year cycle to develop a new game and add as many features and improvements as possible."

I think games like this should take Rock Band's approach, plan for one release and lots of updates during the life of the system.

Isn't it interesting, after reading that article, that XBO will be installing Win10?

"The idea there essentially would have been to use Xbox as a trojan horse for Windows."

The racing is fine, in itself. It is just the tie in that didn't seem to work...

Anyway, the final word from the review: "Movie Game tie ins rarely come of and in this instance a new style of tie almost worked however if this game tried less to sell another and focused on delivering a great Fast & Furious experience in the Forza world with unique events it would have been a hit. Get when Free avoid this overpriced DLC thereafter."

Yeah, seems to be the normal cycle in video games. Layoff after a big release... hire as they get the next game going.

I found this interesting:

"That’s another thing, quit with this 20% boost crap. They all know it, and off the record I’ve had people tell me if they say the real numbers, there will be people who just believe it’s marketing fluff. Well, bring them over to your booth, show them, and go ‘Look, here’s DirectX 11, here’s DirectX 12. This is running at 8 frames a second, this is running at 60 frames a second.’ It’s straightforward, but no one wants to admit it. "
