Only need to re-install if you are not using "instant on":
"...are NOT using Instant On power mode, you may still have an incorrect “stub file” for the title..."
Yep, as much as I am a Star Wars fan (hell, I remember seeing the first release before it was a series) without single player, I have no use for it. I was waiting for this official notice before ordering it.
Too many games are going multi-player only and I don't like it.
Look at the revenue from FY15Q1 for the 360/PS3 moving to the current gen... looks like more and more people are moving.
I am sure Hogan will be missing :(
I must admit, that is pretty cool. Wonder if they could get historical concerts, like Woodstock...
@TomShoe: "...This better be bargain bin when it comes out..."
My guess is a "greatest hits" version at $60, but including all of the DLC.
I loved this game 20 years ago.
Yeah, back 20 years ago you eventually figure out that the Mime has to be used to move along. Games back then were hard, you were not spoon fed.
Heck, I remember the INFOCOM Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and how fricking hard it was just to get a bable fish to put in your ear... took me a very long time to get that one worked out.
$11 for the entire game? Yeah, I might just pick it up to see if I can work...
That is great, however, I would really like to play for my Tennessee Vols. Guess I will have to take a scolarship with one of these schools, however:
Arizona, Arizona State, Georgetown, Kansas, Louisville, Michigan, Texas, UCLA, UCONN, Villanova, and Wisconsin
Real men drive real race cars. Real men fight in real wars. Real men play real football in the NFL or FIFA (depending on where you live).
Pretty impressive choices... but, more Foo fighters, more Ozzy, more Priest. At least we did get some new artist.
If you purchase a digital movie/TV show, from Amazon/Vudu/ect, you can't sell or trade it. Why should games be different.
I doubt there will be a PS5 or another Xbox. Five years from now, you will just buy a TV with a controller. Then you will stream your game to your TV via "the cloud" much like PS Now is laying the groundwork for now.
Before 2007 noboby thought video streaming would be viable, but Netflix sure proved everyone wrong on that.
While I have an XBO and don't share my games, I thought it was possible to set someone else's XBO as your "home" system and thus share all games.
I think the "freeplay guitar solos" is pretty darned inovative... moreso than re-arranging the buttons on the guitar.
LOL, those are just the pics from Amazon.com... Not new at all.
Well, Guitar Hero's DLC doesn't pull forward... Tiger Wood's DLC didn't pull forward from year to year...
There are a lot of instances where DLC from a previous title, even on the same generation, wasn't usable on titles released later on.
...but, you are correct, I would think that many people would not buy RB4 without DLC transfer.
...all of those people who kickstarted the Double Fine game might be a little mad that Xbox One users get the game for free...
As of April, the game was still having problems: http://www.engadget.com/201... "Halo: Combat Evolved may have been one of the first console shooters to hit the competitive gaming circuit but a recent tournament was derailed because almost six months later, The Master Chief Collection is still broken."
Has this been fixed? I would like to buy the game, but not until the ...
Is the game fixed yet?
I am sailing on the same boat you are. I have looked at it several times, but never could reach the decision to spend that money on it. If it is free, well, then the decision to get it becomes elementary.
