Cloud Processing is only a last resort for static hardware, because it can't keep up with the needs of games.

Offloading assets to the Cloud is just a last resort, because the static hardware can't keep up with the needs to create greater experiences. MMO's and MP games specifically is fine for this, because the nature of those games is being connected and interacting with other people.

If you start putting Internet requirements on SP games, then all you have is a worthless license whenever the internet is down, or the service itself no longer exists.

All in ...

Just imagine your favorite single player games, but with an always online requirement. That's how Cloud Gaming is going to be, instead of just playing a fully digital title locally due to the hardware inside. That's not to mention what happens on screen, is not what the server is seeing.

This is just MS's way of making up for weaker hardware, and to a lesser extent, Sony.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when companies choose the lower end. This is going to be repeated with the next consoles as well.

No, just no. Don't put D3's graphics into D1 or 2.

Storytelling is important to keep you playing as well, besides adding gameplay elements. MP games usually makes players create their own stories, which is why they can bypass this.

Y’shtola is probably my favorite character in FFXIV.

As long as they just remaster the game, without D3filing the art style or something else. Maybe a few bug fixes that i know it had, and then there's the question of Single Player. I'm kinda 50 / 50 on the chance, that they would remove it in a remastered version.

I completed Fallout 3 and NV, but i would be lying if i said, that i didn't force myself to do it. I've always been more into settings like Morrowind, but Fallout really just gives me that empty feeling when playing.

I'm very, very rarely touching games like this and Witcher 3 twice, because i just can't be bothered going through all of the filler again. The latter had its own issues as well, which is why i don't play through some franchises anymore.

No, they shouldn't copy it at all. If they want to make something fitting for a cinema, make something seperate from the game itself.

Unfortunately, that cancer is already eating away at more games by the day, not to mention Valve introducing paid mods again (item shop, see Rust example).

I was hoping for some more changes to Bard, but unfortunately, it still suffers from 180 design.

She's most definitely pushing her agenda.

Don't expect much with Rhianna in the lead, unless someone creates a mod for the game.

3142d ago 4 agree0 disagreeView comment

All that needs to be said, is that this is exactly what i expected to hear from Rhianna. Lara was both sexy and awesome in the past, but we're living in an age of different agendas now. It's certainly dissapointing to say the least.

What? IGN actually pays for their games?

The Legion cinematic certainly looked better than the Warcraft trailer. Plus, Sylvanas was getting some action as well.

I hope they don't mess up some of the important character roles, as in, they're making them into some sort of weakling compared to previously.

Restore the games, sure, but don't mess up what's already there.

Oh, i know CNN isn't much better either. Most of the mass media is clueless about things like this, and they just want viewers.

This is not so surprising from BBC, honestly.
