I need this in my life.
I'm seriously considering buying a Wii just to play this game.
I doubt it will ever be as successful as GTA, but people who dismiss it as a lame GTA clone are missing out.
I'm curious about this, but I don't want to give PETA the satisfaction of visiting their site. I'm more offended that they waste time on non-issues like this when there are legitimate causes they could pursue, than the implied death of virtual "raccoon dogs".
I love animals, whether domesticated, in the wild, or on my plate, and I'm all about treating them ethically. Freaking out over a cartoon plumber wearing a suit that resembles an animal in an obviously fictionalized world is not only laughable, but a waste of time and resources that could be spent going after real life cases of animal cruelty. It's ridiculousness is on par with people thinking you'll become a cop-shooting, hooker killer after a playthrough of GTA.
If the most common complaint about it is that it's too similar to a masterpiece like Ocarina of Time, then there's no way it can be bad. Not the best LoZ game, but one of the best games on Wii for sure.
Everything I've been hearing about this game has been bad. It's a sad state of affairs when not even Patrick Stewart can save you.
I had a feeling this game probably wasn't going to be that good, but it sounds a lot worse than I thought. Glad I stayed away.
Love the looks of this. Style looks awesome and the premise is amazingly creative.
Amazing cause. Going to watch when I get home tonight.
Definitely an amazing month ahead. I only wish I had more free time and money to play all the games I want. I'd add Assassins Creed: Revelations to the list, but I understand a lot of people aren't that into AC.
I want to get a handheld and was considering a 3DS but I'm waiting to see reviews for Vita. The lack of first party support for 3DS, and not bringing Wii exclusives I want to the US makes me reluctant to spend money on another Nintendo system.
Although I wouldn't use it often, the option to extend battery life is a great idea. Nothing worse than being away from an outlet and realizing your handheld device only has a few minutes of battery life left.
People pay too much mind to the numeric score a game receives. An 8.5 is still great, and I enjoy hearing the opinions of reviewers who rate a game lower than the average score. Hell, I've enjoyed games I'd rank a 5-7. Doesn't mean they're not worth my time, just that I can objectively see flaws in them.
I'm not a huge Pokemon fan. I played Pokemon Red back when it first came out and then never picked up another of the "normal" Pokemon games, but man did I love Pokemon Snap. If there was a sequel, I'd probably play it.
Maybe it's just me, but this is the kind of game where I wish the reviewer would include a video of himself playing.
It's not cheap, but when you calculate the cost of buying a guitar and taking lessons, it works out to be a decent value.
It's cool, neither have I. I played Super Mario Land and liked it, but never got around to the sequel, although I might, because it sounds like it's better than the first game.
That's an amazing amount of stuff for the price. Looks like a solid purchase.
I played the first one and it was ok, but the gameplay got repetitive fast. I'm told the others are much better and I liked the story enough to pick up AC2 cheap.
