The Star Wars EU certainly had its fair share of shovelware and poorly thought out dime novels, but it had some real masterpieces in there as well. If they're going to just jettison Exar Kun, Kyle Katarn, Thrawn, Mara Jade, Talon Karrde, and all of the rich history that's built up over the years, they had better start off this new cycle with something worth the trade-off.
This could be for the best, or it could be the worst mistake yet. Having a Battlefront style game...
Praise the sun!
You assume we are choosing between 1080p and better gameplay, the PS4 has both.
Uncalled for.
Unfortunately Microsoft still has the rights to any console Shadowrun games, last I heard.
Didn't what's-his-face say they wouldn't remake final fantasy 7 until they made a better game first, to prove they were up to the task? As far as I know, they haven't made anything near that good yet, so the remake should be a long ways off...
I'd like to play as a companion to the doctor, telltale style but perhaps a bit faster paced. You'd have to stay alive, help solve the mystery, save the day, keep the doctor in check, and of course the running. Lots of running.
The zombie element hasn't been nailed yet in videogames. Oh sure it's ubiquitous, and there are plenty examples of good uses of zombies in games (dead rising, L4D, and telltale's walking dead among others) But there's still something missing, some element that draws people to the idea of zombies that hasn't been implemented properly yet. Until that happens, people are going to keep throwing the proverbial spaghetti at the wall until something sticks, while others mill abou...
They ought to make one that plays a bit more like Spiderman meets Shadow of the Colossus. That three dimensional maneuver gear is just begging for it.
Sometimes a character's appearance or clothing irritate me enough that I can never fully immerse myself in what would otherwise be a good game.
Below for example, is a link to a pic of the main character from Vagrant Story, and is the prime example of what I'm talking about. Those buttpants are only the most glaring of horrible design flaws in that character, and bugged the shit out of me all the way through that game.

Be nice to have some TRPG's that weren't made with the kawaii art style, and took themselves seriously, and used voice actors that didn't grate little shavings off of my spine whenever I listen to them.
Oh fuck you. VR does not constitute an added development cost, development focuses the same amount of resources towards developing UI for a rift-enabled game as they would for any other game, it's just new ground. You want to charge us more for Kinect enabled games too?
Modders and indie developers have been doing this for free since the dev kits started getting sent out, no way am I going to throw extra money at a developer for keeping up with technological advancements,...
I would argue the fact that one of them is dual-wielding 6 swords (sex-wielding?) is bad, but I think that'd be a different argument altogether.
Adam, say it for me.
6v6 is good enough for paintball, I'm sure it's good enough for a videogame with giant fucking robots. Any multiplayer that isn't fun with 6 people is probably crappy anyway, or at least designed with far larger scope in mind. Haters need to realize that sometimes less is more, try just using a packet of ketchup next time instead of the whole bottle, it might change your life.
I PREFER SPOONY
I don't see the point in these stupid cards but.. I'm not going to complain about all the money I've made selling them to suckers like this guy.
Yeah.. we don't quite have it THAT bad. We're just blamed for everything wrong with kids these days. ...And with adults.

Didn't the Dickwolves write that Law and Order show?
I believe they will sell somewhere between 1 and 15 million copies.
Also can we stop giving Pachter whatever air of legitimacy he's gaining from being linked on this site?
