It took me 3 days of 2 - 3 hours gaming sessions to unlock co-op. The game itself is great, co-op is just a nice addition.
Too many waifus. I would like a couple cool male characters. Aside from the main character and Kaeda, the only one I've found that isn't overly feminine is Diluc and is near impossible to summon.
It's 30 fps, but sometimes drops a bit here and there. It's not a huge concern. If FPS is an issue to you, just play it on PC. Or wait for the inevitable PS5 upgrade.
It does better than BOTW in a lot of ways, but also takes a few steps back (no slow motion aiming in the air, no mounts, story is decent, but not as heavy/epic as Zelda). Definitely worth checking out FOR FREE lol.
Just don't get it in your head that you want Diluc (the coolest character currently available). You can end up spending hundreds trying. I watched a guy on Youtube do it. Unreal.
Bluepoint keeps the game so close to the original that remake is a strong word to use. It's somewhere between a remaster and a remake.

That is actually completely false. The average human eye can see 60 - 200 fps, with the ability to train themselves to see higher framerates than that. Certain fighter pilots have to undergo training that involves this. Look it up, don't just believe word of mouth.
Their announcement of Fable has me intrigued, will probably buy an Xbox. But you can bet your ass I'll be buying a PS5 first.

I agreed with everything you said except for the TLOU2. Nothing could ever make me play through that awful story again (just the story that was awful, gameplay was great). I'm looking forward to the multiplayer though.
