BTW If they said it uses all the proccessing power of the PS3 that is another word for Maxed out they had to use all 6 SPE's since that's all they have access to with games all games for each console use everything the system offers even during launch it's how they learn how to use these specs in games is the hard part and considering the work in progress demo looks worse then the teaser shown before E3 I'm guessing that the PS3 is just as maxed out as the 360
