I wish these freaks would just get on with drinking their kool aid and leave the rest of the world out of it.
Well what is there to like? But I won't say I hate him, I just think he would be better off working in some other business instead of using every chance he gets to piss off the people who buy activision games. Seriously if my clients hated me as much as gamers hate Bobby I would have lost my job ages ago.
Not to bash Kinect (because although it is not my cup of tea I will withhold judgment until it releases) but do gamers really care what anyone who is stupid enough to let herself be called antigaming girl likes? Seriously people like her are what make females look like morons.
Don't assume all women are non-gamers you sexist child.
I think if game companies want a piece of the Used Game market they should work a deal with Gamestop, not try to screw the gamers who buy used games. I don't think the consumer should suffer for doing what is legally within their right.
Personally, I don't sale my games, because years ago I sold my copy of EarthBound and I still have not forgiving myself for that mistake. I also don't buy a lot of used games. The only time I buy a game used is when it is difficu...
What we need is the option to return a shit game and get our full money back, and then we could publish the return numbers to give people an idea of what isn't worth their money.
Too true, I look at the scores just to make sure a game isn't getting across the board 2s or something like that, but I always buy what I want and have no problem buying a game that gets a 7 if it looks like something that I will find interesting. I generally don't read the reviews until after playing the game, because I don't like spoilers, although I might scan it to find out certain information that is important to me, for example a good single player campaign.
Now now, please don't say 'Us Gamers', because you are speaking for all of us, and not everyone feels the angry way that you do. I certain don't.
Oh my, leaving such a comment on a PS3 thread, you must not like your bubbles very much, the PS3 fanboys are going to eat you alive, oh I see they already have...silly behavior on N4G, just silly.
I agree with the bring back BC desire, although my PS3 is somewhat BC, I really do think that it was a bad decision on Sony's part to cut it. I know the fanboy's will say it isn't a big deal, and if it isn't a big deal to them that is just fine, but my PSOne and PS2 library is huge and yes I do still play those games since I love JRPGs and the new gen JRPGs cannot compare. And although I own a PS2 I find it a pain to have to drag it out of the closet each time I discover tha...
I don't really think we can judge Move or Kinect until they actually hit the market, but I am currently not interested in either product. As for the Wii I hate the control so much. In my opinion, the Wii controller ruins most non-first party games. More often then not the control sucks and I end up getting frustrated and shelving the game permanently (although the games that can be played with the classic controller are sometimes okay). It simply isn't fun to play with the Wii contr...
Thank you, glad I am not the only one who enjoyed this game. I'm surprised that others didn't like it, but I like single player games (so sick of the whole must make it multi-player mind frame) and I love survival horror so Alan Wake really worked for me.
Pachter is that you hiding behind the EVILDEAD360 screen name? It is you, isn't it???
Well is anyone surprised that music games sales are down? They flood the market with trendy music games and then can't figure out why sales are down.
And this year a lot more games got released in the first quarter of the year, something that hasn't happened in past years, so games released this May had a lot more competition. Gamers had a lot more to chose from, especially if you have multiple systems. Not everyone can afford to buy everything on release day afte...
Nah, I think the older crowd just started buying games at Best Buy, or Walmart, it only takes one visit to Gamestop to figure out they are not the best option for people who are not about the pre-order.
Exclusive DLC content should not be characters, it is annoying to buy a game and discover you won't ever get a full set of characters because of this pre-order crap (unless you want to buy multiple copies of the game). It isn't so bad when you miss out on a piece of armor or a weapon because of this greedy BS, but to lose out on a character is simply wrong. Gamers need to band together and fight the bad business model of pre-order DLC exclusive content. If everyone just refused to ...
Just because COD games sale well it does not mean that all 360 players only play COD games. I have never played a COD game, and have no desire too. I have plenty of non-FPS in my collection too. I actually bought my 360 because I like RPGs and wanted to play Lost Odyssey and Mass Effect. Don't stereotype please. Thank you.
I agree Alan Wake is an excellent game, I am surprised and disappointed that it did not sale better. I am really looking forward to the next episode.
If you just bought your system, and your system is freezing after an hour, you are crazy not to take it back immediately. It is obviously defective.
I don't mind DLC but I don't like content that is exclusive to where you pre-order. It is unfair to force me to buy from one store over another in order to have access to a complete game. Plus we have the situation where no matter where you buy you can't have a complete game because one store has their own exclusive content that is different from what another store gets for exclusive content. This practice just screws the gamer in order to please the retail outlets.
